X-Factor
H-Factor x Scorcher x 1-800
Bred By Brian Fairly
-
We
were looking for a couple of new rams to try for 2007 so in the
spring I traveled to a dozen different breeders and I found X he
was one of the most massive sheep I seen anywhere, along with
his mass he is extremely long sided.
-
Massive Topped, Massive Racked, Massive Hipped, Massive Boned
and Still possesses Profile and Eye appeal.
-
X-Factor Babies were everything we expected, he worked really
well on the hamp based ewes and made an impressive set of
massive power sheep.
-
His
lambs sold out quickly, and showed with a great deal of success.
-
We
expect another great set out of him in 2007

Blue
Crush / RRNN
- New for 2007
Scorcher X 1-800
Bred By Brian Fairly
-
I
seen Blue Crush as a baby and remember the massive rack and
smoothness that he possessed and have been impressed with his
babies at Fairly’s, so when he became available this past
spring, I purchased him.
-
I
expect him to cross really well on our Power Time Daughters.
-
He
has seen heavy use for 2007.

Howard
------
Howard has built the majority of our ewe base, this guy made a lot
of awesome wethers through the years for us and our customers, but
his true value is in his daughters, his lambs are awesome fronted
and loaded with muscle, his lambs are grooved topped and huge
legged, being both deep in the twist and full hipped. With the
loss of him last February we were looking to find a son or two to
take daddies place, so we kept HHH and Buster two very good rams
in their own rights and sure to keep there sires genetics
going strong. |

Slack 1095
Bred By Tom Slack
-
I
seen this ram at Slack’s two years ago and really liked the
lambs this guy was producing, Tom already had him leased for
2003 breeding season so he was not available, in 2004 I didn’t
find time to get to Slack’s, But this Spring I was able to buy
this ram from Tom.
-
This
ram combines two things really well, he is extremely big framed,
and is really smooth from front to back. For a mature ram still
possesses a good rack shape and keeps the Suffolk look as well.
-
This
ram was purchased to produce daughters and this breeding season
he received what I like to call the good old girls, the ewes
that seem to produce some of the best daughters, that is not to
say this guy won’t produce wethers, because I expect him to make
some really good ones.

------ Excel II
------
Excel (Miller (TX) bred) x
Pursuit (Ott) x McGolden Ewe
Bred By Mark Werner
-
This
ram is really a unique sheep, he has a lot of pattern, super
length of body, long extended neck, really clean fronted, with
an adequate amount of muscle. He is a march ram we exposed him
to about 45 ewes, mostly Power Time, Kid, and Viper Daughters.
-
He is
a pure bred hamp ram, and combines some really unique breeding,
on his sires side his daddy was bred by McLaughlin/Griffin, he
combines a Miller Buck Purchased at Sedalia a couple of years
back and his mother is a ewe purchased from Millers. Now on
Excel II mothers side he is Ott and McGolden Bred, his mother is
a daughter of Pursuit who was a champion at Sedalia some years
back, and he is the twin brother to Kodiak that Ott’s used for
several years. The next ewe back was a ewe purchased directly
from McGoldens.
-
I
like this guys pedigree a lot and he also is a great looking
sheep as well, I expect great things from this young stud.
